Welcome to Lisaan Digital & Software House (“Lisaan Digital”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, contacting us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. About Lisaan Digital

Lisaan Digital & Software House is a digital services provider offering website design and development, WordPress solutions, e-commerce development, graphic design, digital marketing, branding, maintenance, AI & Automation Solutions,Digital Products  and related IT services .

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, signing a proposal, making a payment, or communicating approval through email, WhatsApp, or any other platform, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of Services

  • Services will be provided strictly according to the agreed proposal, quotation, or written communication.

  • Any service not mentioned in the approved scope will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.

  • Lisaan Digital reserves the right to refuse services that violate laws, regulations, or ethical standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information, content, credentials, and approvals on time.

    • Ensure ownership or permission to use all provided content (text, images, logos, videos).

    • Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe.

    • Maintain backups of their own data unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect delivery timelines.

5. Pricing and Payments

    • All prices are quoted in PKR unless stated otherwise.

    • A partial or full advance payment may be required before work begins.

    • Remaining payments must be cleared before final delivery or website launch unless otherwise agreed.

    • Payments once made are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in writing.

    • Late payments may result in suspension of services or delayed delivery.

6. Revisions and Modifications

      • Revisions are limited to the number specified in the agreed package or proposal.

      • Excessive revisions or changes outside the original scope will be charged additionally.

      • Once a project is approved or delivered, further changes will be treated as a new request.

7. Project Timeline and Delivery

  • Timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation.

  • Lisaan Digital is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, payment gateways, or plugins.

  • Final delivery occurs once the project meets the approved scope and payment obligations are fulfilled.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final approved deliverables.

  • Lisaan Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Source files, premium plugins, themes, or licenses may remain the property of Lisaan Digital unless explicitly transferred.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Lisaan Digital may use third-party tools, plugins, APIs, hosting, or payment gateways.

  • We are not responsible for outages, updates, pricing changes, or policy changes of third-party providers.

  • Any third-party costs are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

10. Maintenance and Support

  • Maintenance or support services are only provided if included in the package or purchased separately.

  • Emergency fixes, security issues, or updates beyond the agreed support scope may be charged.

  • Lisaan Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Lisaan Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

13. Termination of Services

Lisaan Digital reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates these terms

  • Payments are not cleared

  • The project involves illegal, unethical, or abusive content

Upon termination, completed work up to that point will remain payable.

14. Force Majeure

Lisaan Digital shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or technical failures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

16. Changes to Terms

Lisaan Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
